Abuse of power, manipulation and\u00a0bizarre\u00a0political\u00a0trade-offs\u00a0on Movia\u2019s board.<\/p>\n
Thursday night (30 April)\u00a0I was contacted by a key-employee inside Movia.<\/p>\n
The employee in question revealed to me, that the course of action which earlier that day had led to Movia\u2019s decision to remove the ads sponsored by Danish Palestinian Friendship Association from 35 of its city busses, was politically motivated and had\u00a0actually\u00a0already been\u00a0decided the previous day (Wednesday,\u00a029 April).<\/p>\n
He further informed me\u00a0that he and another employee at\u00a0the bus agency\u00a0know by fact, that the decision was\u00a0already\u00a0made on Wednesday, and that the intention was to make it look like it was due to \u201cpublic pressure on Movia\u201d, and not a political decision \u2013\u00a0as\u00a0it actually appears to be so far.<\/p>\n
Therefore, I decided to meet with the two courageous and deeply offended Movia employees on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
According to the two courageous employees, what happened between Tuesday and Thursday was\u00a0an obvious case of\u00a0power-abuse, manipulation and strange political trade-offs on the side of Movia\u2019s political appointed leadership.<\/p>\n
I have decided not to present their\u00a0version of the course of events\u00a0publically, but to have it investigated and confirmed by the media.<\/p>\n
So far,\u00a0everything they have told me has been verified by 3 fantastic articles by Danish Broadcast (dr.dk), after I had revealed my information to them; the role of DF (Danish Peoples Party) and the Israeli ambassador in this crystal-clear case of power-abuse and political pressure.<\/p>\n
Still unclear is the question regarding how many written complaints Movia actually received, and\u00a0what\u00a0the content of these complaints\u00a0was.<\/p>\n
According to my\u00a0information,\u00a0Movia only received a handful of complaints in Danish, containing\u00a0strong language\u00a0as shown by the media since Thursday, preceding the anti-democratic decision by Movia to have our campaign removed from 35 of its Copenhagen busses.<\/p>\n
The remainder of what Movia called \u201ca storm of complaints\u201d was according to my information written in English and largely identical\u00a0in\u00a0content.\u00a0Furthermore, these complaints were\u00a0sent from abroad, and here the thought comes to mind, that it might be from Israel and by the same groups which before\u00a0have coordinated similar campaigns around the world.<\/p>\n
What DF-politician and leading member\u00a0of\u00a0Danish Zionist Union<\/i>\u00a0(DZF) Finn Rudaizky made his own association do is clear to almost everybody and should be uncovered to the public.<\/p>\n
To\u00a0prevent\u00a0Movia\u2019s decision \u2013 which most likely was made the day before the board meeting\u00a0\u2013\u00a0from appearing\u00a0as\u00a0a politically motivated decision\u2026 a \u201cstorm of complaints\u201d had to be staged, which could be used as a fictitious pretext to the\u00a0political motivated decision on the highest level. This power struggle on the highest level was launched by the conservative member of Movia\u2019s board and mayor of Gentofte – Hans Toft – in cooperation with Finn Rudaizky, known for power-abuse, slander and manipulation, first as Social Democrat and later for DF.<\/p>\n
Left\u00a0is, not the least to have uncovered why the 3 Social Democrats and members of Movia\u2019s board (of which one is member of Copenhagen\u2019s town council) to vote For this undemocratic decision, which was added to the agenda as an additional point in the last minute, without\u00a0any possibility for the board\u00a0of\u00a0discussing\u00a0it in advance and from different angles,\u00a0by for instance approaching DPV for a hearing as\u00a0it is\u00a0usual in this kind of cases.<\/p>\n
A decision where the three Social Democrats defied\u00a0their own party and the relevant policy of the Danish government \u2013 not to mention the EU\u2019s\u00a0policy regarding the issue of the settlements.<\/p>\n
The affair will now continue and the political consequences for this\u00a0matter will be revealed to the public in the days to come.<\/p>\n
