Pal\u00e6stinensere opfordrer til boykot.<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Det pal\u00e6stinensiske civilsamfund opfordrer til boykot, sanktioner og afvikling af investeringer for at presse Israel, indtil det efterkommer international lov og universelle menneskerettighedsprincipper.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Et \u00e5r efter den historiske vejledende kendelse fra den Internationale Domstol (ICJ), der d\u00f8mte Israels Mur bygget p\u00e5 besat pal\u00e6stinensisk jord ulovlig, forts\u00e6tter Israel byggeriet af den kolonialistiske Mur i total ligegyldighed overfor Domstolens beslutning.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Efter 38 \u00e5rs israelsk bes\u00e6ttelse af den pal\u00e6stinensiske Vestbred (incl. \u00d8stjerusalem), Gaza-striben og de syriske Golan-h\u00f8jder, forts\u00e6tter Israel med at udvide de j\u00f8diske bos\u00e6ttelser. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Det har ensidigt annekteret det besatte \u00d8stjerusalem og Golan-h\u00f8jderne, og er nu de facto ved at annektere store dele af Vestbredden ved hj\u00e6lp af Muren.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Israel forbereder ogs\u00e5 \u2013 i skyggen af dets planlagte \u201domgruppering\u201d fra Gaza-striben \u2013 at bygge og udvide bos\u00e6ttelserne p\u00e5 Vestbredden. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

57 \u00e5r efter at staten Israel blev skabt, overvejende p\u00e5 land t\u00f8mt ved etnisk udrensning af de pal\u00e6stinensiske ejere, er flertallet af pal\u00e6stinensere flygtninge, de fleste statsl\u00f8se. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Endvidere forbliver Israels veletablerede system af racediskrimination mod dets egne arabisk-pal\u00e6stinensiske borgere intakt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

I lyset af Israels vedholdende kr\u00e6nkelser af international lov, og da, siden 1948, hundreder af FN resolutioner har ford\u00f8mt Israels politik med kolonisering og diskrimination som illegal, og kr\u00e6vet omg\u00e5ende, passende og effektive tiltag, og da alle former for international intervention og fredsm\u00e6gling indtil nu ikke har kunnet overbevise eller tvinge Israel til at efterkomme humanit\u00e6r lov, at respektere fundamentale menneskerettigheder og til at stoppe dets bes\u00e6ttelse og undertrykkelse af Pal\u00e6stinas folk, og i betragtning af at samvittighedsfulde mennesker i det internationale samfund historisk har p\u00e5taget sig det moralske ansvar at sl\u00e5s mod uretf\u00e6rdighed som eksempelvis i kampen for at afskaffe apartheid i Sydafrika gennem diverse former for boykot, investeringsafvikling og sanktioner, og inspireret af sydafrikanernes kamp mod apartheid og af international solidaritet, moralsk konsekvens og modstand mod uretf\u00e6rdighed og undertrykkelse, eftersp\u00f8rger vi, repr\u00e6sentanter for det pal\u00e6stinensiske civilsamfund, at de internationale civilsamfunds organisationer, og samvittighedsfulde mennesker over hele verden iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tter omfattende boykots af og gennemf\u00f8rer investeringsafviklings initiativer mod Israel, som dem, der blev p\u00e5f\u00f8rt Sydafrika under apartheid \u00e6raen. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Vi appellerer til Jer om at l\u00e6gge pres p\u00e5 Jeres respektive lande for at indf\u00f8re embargoer og sanktioner mod Israel. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Vi inviterer ogs\u00e5 samvittighedsfulde israelere til at st\u00f8tte denne appel af hensyn til retf\u00e6rdighed og virkelig fred.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Disse ikke-voldelige straffeforanstaltninger b\u00f8r opretholdes, indtil Israel opfylder dets forpligtelse til at anerkende det pal\u00e6stinensiske folks umistelige ret til selvbestemmelse og fuldt ud retter sig efter international lovs forskrifter ved at:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1. Stoppe dets bes\u00e6ttelse og kolonisering af al arabisk jord og nedrive Muren.<\/p>\n
